As a therapist who specializes in the treatment of both mental health and substance use disorders, my approach centers around the strengths of the client while holding paramount the client's aspirations, needs, and goals.

I believe in working collaboratively with clients to identify the issues they deem most important. It is my intention to provide the most appropriate and effective services through the use of well-researched, best-practice models and approaches. 

In my practice, I work predominantly with youth, young adults, and adults (ages 15 to 55). When appropriate, we can discuss including family members, as this can be a healthy component of therapy.

Experience & Qualifications

I am a licensed clinical social worker and substance use disorder professional. I received my Master’s Degree from the University of Washington School of Social Work (2010). I have worked with youth, young adults, adults and families for more than ten years, specializing in mental health and/or substance use treatment in various settings, including community-based mental health agencies, the Lake Washington School District, and the King County Drug Court.
