If you are interested in receiving services, here are the steps to begin the process.

  1. Contact me at 425.681.3640 for a free phone consultation. See below for hours of availability.

  2. If after the phone consultation you wish to receive services, we will then schedule an in-person intake assessment.

  3. After the intake assessment, we will determine the most appropriate form of treatment and collaboratively develop your treatment goals.

Fees:

I charge $160 per 50-minute session.  I accept payment in the form of check, cash, credit card and Health Savings Account (HSA). As an out-of-network provider, I am unable to take insurance at this time. However, I do provide a receipt following each session, which can be submitted for reimbursement from many insurance providers. Please check with your insurance company regarding questions about reimbursement.  

As part of my practice, I offer a limited number of sliding-scale fee slots. Please contact me to find out if I have any openings.

Hours of Availability:

I am available by phone and email Monday through Thursday 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. I schedule client sessions Monday through Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 pm.
