Brené Brown - Dr. Brown is a researcher and storyteller. She has studied and written about vulnerability, worthiness, shame, and courage. Her 2010 TEDx talk, "The Power of Vulnerability," is one of the most-viewed TED talks. 

Dr. Dan Siegel - Dr. Siegel's work offers an in-depth look at the inner workings of our minds and how we can develop skills that actually change the structure of our brains to improve our functioning and well-being. 

Dr. Tara Brach - Dr. Brach is a psychologist, author and teacher. She integrates Western psychology and Eastern spiritual practices to assist others in reducing anxiety and enhance self-compassion. Her website provides numerous resources and teachings on anxiety management, meditation, mindfulness, and methods to assist with sleep.
